1. Installation and Claims

1.1 Inspection of Goods
The Buyer is responsible for inspecting all goods immediately upon collection or delivery and prior to installation. No claims will be accepted once goods have been installed.

1.2 Notification of Complaints
The Buyer must notify Stone Central in writing within 30 days of receiving the goods—and prior to installation—of any complaints regarding the purchased products.

1.3 Product Suitability
Prior to purchase, the Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the selected product is suitable for its intended use and complies with all relevant Australian Standards and regulations.

1.4 Installation Guidance
The Buyer must obtain guidance regarding installation, sealing, and ongoing care from appropriately qualified and licensed professionals. Incorrect installation or maintenance methods may result in damage to the product.

1.5 Qualified Installation
The Buyer acknowledges that all products must be installed by suitably qualified, licensed, and insured tradespeople, in accordance with applicable Australian Standards and the manufacturer’s recommended guidelines.

1.6 Limitation of Liability
Stone Central and its representatives accept no responsibility for any recommendations, referrals, or advice provided in relation to installation, sealing, or cleaning methods. To the extent permitted by law, the Seller will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase or use of the product.

1.7 Acceptance of Products
Installation of the product constitutes acceptance. Once a product has been installed, no refunds, exchanges, or returns will be approved by Stone Central.

1.8 Natural Stone Variations
Products supplied by Stone Central are natural stone and may exhibit inherent variations in colour, veining, shading, surface texture, pitting, fissures, minor edge chips, surface irregularities, or slight dimensional differences. These variations are natural characteristics of the material and contribute to its unique aesthetic appeal. Stone Central does not accept claims relating to such natural variations.

1.9 Product Blending
To ensure a harmonious appearance, Stone Central recommends mixing natural stone pavers from all supplied crates during installation to blend any variations that may occur between crates.

2. Display and Samples

2.1 General Representation
Displays and samples provided or exhibited represent only the general characteristics of the products. Stone Central does not warrant that any sample or display will be identical to purchased products, as variations in colour, veining, shading, and surface texture are inherent to natural stone.

3. Website Images and Advertising Material

3.1 Ownership of Images
All images displayed on Stone Central’s website, social media channels, and promotional materials remain the property of Stone Central and must not be copied, reproduced, or used in any form without prior written consent.

3.2 Illustrative Purposes Only
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. While every effort is made to accurately depict the natural colours, textures, and patterns of each product, not all variations can be shown. Buyers are strongly encouraged to inspect products in person at Stone Central’s showroom or warehouse prior to purchase to ensure expectations are met.

4. Refunds (If Applicable)

4.1 Refund Period
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. After this period, refunds or exchanges will not be provided.

4.2 Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.

4.3 Refund Processing
Once a return is received and inspected, Stone Central will notify the Buyer by email regarding the approval or rejection of the refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.

4.4 Late or Missing Refunds
If a refund has not been received, the Buyer should first check their bank account and contact their credit card company. If the issue persists, please contact Stone Central at sales@stonecentral.com.au.

4.5 Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are non-refundable.

4.6 Return Shipping
Products should be returned to the following address:

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the Buyer is responsible for return shipping expenses.

5. Sealing

All natural stone products must be sealed as part of the installation process. For guidance on suitable sealers, please contact Stone Central.
