Terms and Conditions
It is the buyers responsibility to inspect their purchased goods upon receiving the goods and prior to installation.
Absolutely no claims will be accepted after their purchased goods have been installed.
Stone Central has to be notified in writing within 14 days of receiving the goods for any complaints relating to the purchased product.
1. Natural Stone Variations
Stone central does not accept claims in relation to variations in colour, veining, shading and surface texture, as our products are made of natural stone and these variations are inherent in natural stone products. These natural variations contribute to the elegance, uniqueness and natural beauty of the stone products.
1.1. Product Blending
Stone Central recommends placing natural stone pavers by mixing pavers from all crates supplied, to ensure that any natural stone variations that may occur from crate to crate are blended harmoniously during the installation phase.
1.2. Display and Samples
Displays and samples provided or exhibited, depict only the products general features.
Stone Central does not provide any warranty or guarantee that any samples provided or displayed will be identical or correlate to products purchased as natural stone variations such as colour, veining, shading and surface texture are inherent in natural stone products.
Refunds (if applicable)
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
